Known for her passion for building relationships and helping others achieve their goals, Rachael is dedicated to amplifying HMA’s brand influence and fostering meaningful connections within the industry.
A firm believer in the power of storytelling, Rachael infuses her role with creativity and authenticity. As the host of the mortgage podcast, “Lending Leadership,” she shares compelling stories from the worlds of recruiting, mortgage lending, finance, and entrepreneurship, engaging audiences with insightful narratives and industry insights.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Rachael is, also known by her stage name “Rachael Sparrow”, is a talented voice actor and worship leader, known for her captivating performances and genuine connections with her audience.
Through her multifaceted talents and unwavering dedication, Rachael is poised to elevate HMA Mortgage to new heights of success while continuing to inspire and connect with others through the art of storytelling.
Rachael is grateful for the support of her husband, Jamie, and their two children, Colt and Lyla, along with their dog, Dude. They reside in Bucks County, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending quality time with her family, date nights with her hubby, playing tennis, and engaging in community activities with friends and loved ones. She also serves as a Girl Scout Troop Leader, contributing to the development of future leaders in her community.
