Brittany has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a masters degree from Strayer University. Her background is in property management and event planning, and her organizational, customer service, document management and problem-solving skills made for an easy transition into lending. Gina has been in the industry for 20 years but has been on the mortgage side for the last 3 years. She has been a real estate agent, Title company/Real Estate Attorney Closer, Contracts and Closing Manager for a Top 5 national Builder. Gina chose this industry because of her grandmother and mother, she has been around it her whole life, so it’s in her blood. When Gina is not busy working, she enjoys time with her 2 daughters and golfing.

Shirla has an extensive and varied background in customer service and real estate closing. Prior to moving to Florida and joining the financing side of the business, she worked as a real estate closer with the largest real estate law firm in Georgia. She believes that the responsibility she has to her clients is of the utmost importance, therefore making her a great asset to our team. Shirla loves living in St Augustine, Florida. She is a member of the local boat club and a certified scuba diver. So she can usually be found either on or under the water once her clients needs have been satisfied.
