Taylor has 10+ years in the real estate Industry. She started her career in Leasing Management and then continued with 8 years in the mortgage industry. Taylor has been involved in over 3,000 mortgage transactions in all 50 states and managed pipelines of over 150 million a month. She has also held positions in processing, underwriting and sales in addition to management positions as a Team Lead, regional and divisional processing manager.
Taylor lives with her husband and their two children. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and organizing.

Tiffany is an experienced mortgage loan processor with 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and the past 4 years dedicated to mortgage lending. Tiffany has a passion for helping others and finding solutions to any problem that crosses her path. Tiffany graduated from Valdosta State University with a BA in Political Science. In her spare time, she loves reading and spending time with her family at the beach.

Jessica O. Herdman has been working in banking and real estate in the Pittsburgh area for 20+ years, combining her love for our Commonwealth with a passion for helping people to buy homes! She is an avid outdoorsman, forager of plants and mushrooms, beekeeper, and Cub Scout leader from Moon Township who enjoys singing, dancing, cooking and calligraphy.

She also enjoys spending time with her daughter Serafina, two boxer dogs, and fiancé.

Karren was born and raised in Pittsburgh and has worked in the mortgage industry for 25+ years. She worked as a loan processor for approximately 15 years, and credits that position with providing her with an extensive knowledge on loan programs and lending guidelines. She enjoys working with her clients to make the mortgage process as easy and stress free as possible, and takes pride is being an advocate for her Borrowers. In her free time Karren enjoys volunteering at a local community center, traveling, camping, running/hiking and spending time with family and friends.
